tink there's som comm breakdwn wen kevin called suntec to chk stock?
cos i rem v clearly he tld me, "later customer cum, tell her suntec hv size 5.."
den abt 15 mins later, aft i hv cfm wif d customer tt she wanna reserve frm suntec den my colleague lina called up suntec to ask for tt size 5, i was tld tt tt piece has been reserved by zelita (another staff at suntec who is oso on duty tdy) for her hubby..

if she wanna reserve, she shld hv reserved lOng ago rite?
since she is oso a staff there..
dun tell me kevin call suntec den tt piece stiL available,
but during tt shOrt 15 mins, zelita suddenly decide to reserve tt tee..
i dUn believe it!!!
either kevin made a mistake or tt person who ans kevin made a mistake!!
but tis wasnt pursued any further!!
i asked lina wen did zelita reserve but she say dunno n insists tt i shld hv called up suntec to re-cfm..

ok.. tts my fault.. but i was juz following kevin's instructions ma.. i dunno how u all do things one.. i juz fOllOw instructions.. he onli tld me to tell customers tt suntec hv size 5 but din ask me to call suntec ma...

n wat im uNhappy abt was.. dey zui jiu responsibility zui jiu all d way until dey find tt it's my fault den dey juz stopped there n take it tt d whOLe thing is juz my fault.. w/o investigating further tt there's oSo som miscomm b/w kevin n suntec ppl..

i admit tt there's som wrongs on my part.. but nOt aLL!!! i even tried to make up for my mistake by attending to tt customer cos i felt tt since it's my fault i shld face d customer's railings if there's any.. i hv tried to appease d customer as much as poss.. n in d end she din make much noise la altho she was a lil disappointed..
